My wife and I both used you diet finale plan for two weeks in July 2003. At the end of that period I had lost just over 11 pounds and my wife 8 pounds. Unfortunately I then had to go on a business trip to Australia and had to stop, but my wife continued and has lost a total of 20 pounds in the 6 week period.
